PLEASE READ BEFORE BEGINNING:
Before starting each assignment/project please gather all of the files you will be using and make sure to save them together in a NEW FOLDER. Premiere Pro needs all the files to remain in the same folder so it can retrieve and update them easily.
Assignment 1: Getting Started with Sequences
Step 1:
Click here to go to the Adobe tutorial page and then click 'get files' to download the zipped folder.
Step 2:
Open Adobe Premiere Pro and click 'New Project.' When the next screen comes up you will need to enter a name for your project and a location for where you want to save it. After doing this you can click 'ok.'
Step 3:
Go to this page and look at the video for Step 3, this will show you how to import media into Premiere Pro. You will be uploading all of the video and audio files that were contained in the folder. **Make sure you click "import folder" to get everything.
Step 4:
You will now be taking all of these files and putting them into a new sequence. To create a new sequence, drag one or more clips into the empty Timeline panel. You can arrange them as you would like - but all of the video clips should be included.
Step 5:
Make sure your audio clips are included as well and that they stretch to fit the entire video. Make sure to test your video out by hitting play in the top right tool bar.

Visit this page to learn about how to export your completed video so you can submit it to EngradePro.

Part 1 - Slow Motion Effects
Please view the tutorial here to learn more about how to add slow motion effects. The file needed for this assignment can be found under the Shared drive on the computer.
Part 2 - How to Use Keyframes to Add a Zoom Effect
Please choose one of the projects you have worked on and find a clip that you would like to zoom in on. Follow the directions found here to add your effect.

Assignment 6: Create an Action Sequence
The tutorial for this assignment can be found here. In order to get the project files, please go into the File Explorer on your computer and go to the "Shared (S) Drive" Import the entire folder labeled "Create an Action Sequence."
